Hi Everyone!!!!!!

Let me just say….I am so excited to share my new official website with you.  I have waited so long for this moment and I can not wait for you to get to know me, for you
to be inspired by my words, images, and videos, and for you to feel encouraged by the experience of being a member. 

I started modeling seriously in my late 30s and signed my first contract at 40!!!!  I am now 43 and modeling has become such an important part of sharing my fitness lifestyle.  I walk the fitness talk and photos say it all when it comes to that.  It is such a compliment for me to read my emails and know that I have been a part of creating
hope for people to become fit.  My heart is touched on a daily basis.  Again, a big
reason I am so excited about my being able to share on a deeper level.

I was born and raised in sunny Northern California.  My parents gave me structure as
a child, something so lacking today, and I want to say thanks Mom and Dad….I love you.  I have 2 wonderful children…correction 1 adult son who is now in college and I
am so proud of him, and my beautiful daughter will be a junior in High School and plans
to be the best chef one day.  I support and love my children so much.  I have 2
brothers and 1 sister and I am fortunate to have my family live nearby.   

Life has given me many challenges to include divorce, single parenthood, early empty nest, surgeries, and job changes, returning to college in my 30s, and graduating from Massage Therapy School in my 40s.  My fitness has enabled me to maintain a healthy, balanced life and enabled me to reduce my stress and recover from surgeries fairly quickly.  When I share that I have life experience….that is definitely a true statement.  Life experiences have been part of my education to my road to happiness.  I realize
that life is not about what happens to me necessarily, but how I respond to it.  Life is just too short to not make the most of each day;)

Modeling is such a positive part of my being able to share how much I enjoy being fit, love my life, have fun living in the moment, and feeling sexy at 44…well nothing gets better than that;)

Getting into my fitness background…I have always been an athlete.  I played every
sport I could in Junior High and High School.  I excelled in track and cross country. 
I actually did not start sculpting my body with weights until after the birth of my daughter.  My body responded quickly to the weight resistance program and I
continued running.  Trail running is my favorite cardio…it takes me back to my cross country days.  I started taking step classes at the gym and weight training.  I was approached to teach one day….NO WAY!!!  Public speaking was not my strength back then.  Constant requests led me to try and the fitness bug never stopped.  I became
an International Fitness Trainer and Consultant, Galaxy Competitor, Tri-Fitness Coach, Figure Coach…and the list continues.  My goals were accomplished one by one over the course of several years.  I developed my passion for fitness into a business and started Fitness-4-You which has been good to me for several years.  I further complimented my  bodywork by becoming a Certified Massage Therapist, and started my second business, Stay Healthy Massage. It continues to be a fabulous journey being able to assist in the improvement of health for my clients.

My personal interests and hobbies besides fitness include camping, hiking, fishing,
trail running, getting together with family and friends, or sometimes just snuggling
down with a good movie in comfy clothes.  I love a gentleman who respects who I
am and treats me right….spoiling on occasion is always appreciated;)

I plan to give you more than 100% on my web site.  I do not do anything halfway.
